Q. What is Buyer Premium?
A. Buyers premium is how Autonix Auctions keeps its door open. It is a 2% fee we charge over the winning bid amount. There is no minimum amount while the maximum is set at Rs.1,00,000.
Q. Does the seller have to pay to list the cars?
A. Absolutely not. The seller lists the vehicle for free.
Q. Can all types of cars be listed for auction?
A. All enthusiast spec cars & motorcycles irrespective of body shape and size are eligible for auction on Autonix Auto Auctions.
Q. I have won the bid, what happens next?
A. After a successful bid, the winning bidder will be redirected for payment of the 2% Buyers Premium. Once the transaction is successful, out team will get in touch to exchange contact details to buyer and seller.
Q. How do I place my bid?
A. Interested buyers need to register with valid ID documents, e-mail, phone number and place of residence. Once the registration is successful, buyers can place bid on the vehicles of their choosing with a minimum bid increments of Rs1000.
Q. Are the vehicles listed for auction inspected?
A. Autonix Auto Auctions recommends all cars be inspected and certified by Authorizsed service centers or reputed independent car certifier. All certified cars will be labeled as such once the auction has gone live.
Q. How do I pay the seller?
A. Payments to the seller can be made through bank transfers, via cheques or directly hand over the payment at the time of collection.
Q. Do I need a bill of sale?
A. For both the buyer and seller, we recommend having a bill of sale signed and kept at hand. A bill of sale must include the year,name, VIN number, license plate number of the car. This document serves as a proof of handover if case any discrepancy.
